All proceeds go to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The International Association of Firefighters and the Muscular Dystrophy Association have had a 70+ year relationship. You have seen your local firefighters standing on the street corners trying to Fill-The-Boot for MDA. In Pinellas Park, we Fill-The-Boot by kicking it up and hosting the LARGEST Chili Cookoff in Pinellas County. Every dollar raised goes to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The money helps to empower people living with muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related neuromuscular diseases to live longer, more independent lives.
We anticipate 30+ chili teams with different types of chili, the firefighters will be cooking food, live entertainment, and beer served by your Pinellas Park Firefighters & Families, and crafters/vendors. Don’t forget to get your Chili Blaze Shirts that will be on sale at the event.
